Drop-Shipped Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds for non-defective items (such as sizing or style changes).
Books: For books fulfilled directly by NMA, we offer a full refund if the book arrives damaged. We do not offer refunds for opened or used books unless there is a printing defect. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping: If you’re returning an item for reasons other than defect or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
